Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in recruitment, staffing, outsourcing, manpower solutions or shared services.
• Familiar with HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
• Basic knowledge of Singapore employment legislation, payroll and HR practices.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
• Good communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, confirmation, transfers and offboarding.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation and personnel files.
• Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration and attendance tracking.
• Support employee relations matters and respond to HR-related queries.
• Ensure HR practices comply with employment laws, statutory requirements and company policies.
• Coordinate with department managers on manpower requirements and employee movements.
• Assist in employee engagement activities, performance management and retention initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports, update HR databases and maintain accurate employee records.
• Support HR projects and contribute to process improvements.
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by management.
