JE Human Resources Pte. Ltd. is seeking an HR Executive to manage HR operations, payroll, and compliance in Singapore.

The role also drives learning and development initiatives, coordinates training programs, and supports policy updates in line with local regulations. You will handle confidential data with discretion and work closely with a small team. Qualifications

• Diploma in HRM or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of HR experience.
• Knowledge of MOM guidelines and regulations.
• Experience in HR operations, payroll, recruitment and L&D.
• Familiarity with ISO 13485 SOPs is advantageous.
• Strong administrative, coordination and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee HR operations, payroll, leave, benefits and compliance.
• Coordinate recruitment, staff onboarding and offboarding.
• Manage performance appraisals, salary reviews and exits.
• Prepare HR reports and government submissions.
• Develop and manage annual L&D plan and training records.
• Support HR policies and ad-hoc HR projects.
