Job summary

JERA Global Markets Group (JERAGM) in Singapore is seeking an HR professional to manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding and offboarding.

You will drive employee engagement, talent management, performance support, and learning initiatives while coordinating HR projects and daily administration.

A Diploma in Human Resources or related field, 3–5 years HR experience, and strong Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills are required; knowledge of Singapore employment law is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Human Resources, Business, Business/HR Analytics or any relevant field.
• 3 to 5 years of HR work experience.
• Good knowledge of employment laws and practices in Singapore.
• Good computer skills, particularly in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated skills in database management and administrative record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding of new hires and offboarding of leavers.
• Employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive and cohesive culture.
• Talent management including performance management and learning & development support.
• Project support for HR initiatives and HR projects.
• Daily HR operations including coordination of admin processes and ad-hoc matters.
