LANDI Global Partnership in Singapore is seeking a proactive HR professional to support day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle management, collaborating with the HR team and business stakeholders to ensure smooth administration and a consistent employee experience.

You will handle HR records, prepare contracts and letters, manage HR systems (HRIS, Jira, Confluence), assist with recruitment for junior roles, onboarding, transfers, offboarding, and contribute to process improvements while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR-related field
• Fresh graduates welcome
• 1–3 years HR operations or shared services, regional/global exposure preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail and compliance
• Willingness to learn and support a growing organization

Responsabilités

• Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases accurately and timely.
• Prepare HR documents including offer letters, employment contracts, confirmation letters, transfer letters, and related documents.
• Administer employee benefit programs.
• Support HR-related payment requests and invoice processing.
• Coordinate and manage HR vendors and external providers.
• Ensure proper filing and compliance of HR documentation and records.
• Maintain and support HR systems including HRIS, Jira, Confluence, and recruitment portals.
• Support Singapore HR operational matters including work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and related administration.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore labor regulations and company policies.
• Support system enhancement initiatives and process improvements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for HR queries.
