Job summary

Peak Engineering & Consultancy Pte. Ltd. is seeking an HR Executive to support HR operations across the organisation in Singapore. The role manages onboarding, offboarding, employee records and policy compliance, ensuring processes are accurate and timely.

You will coordinate recruitment, prepare employment documents, and handle work pass administration. The role also covers payroll inputs coordination, staff communications and HR reporting to support management decisions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in HRM, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Relevant HR experience is preferred.
• Good written and verbal communication with professional conduct.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR information systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, including employment documentation and records.
• Maintain accurate employee files and HR databases.
• Support payroll inputs with internal teams.
• Coordinate recruitment from vacancy to offer.
• Prepare work pass applications and renewals.
• Assist with employee relations and HR communications.
• Prepare regular HR reports and headcounts.
