• Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, transfers and promotions.
• Maintain employee records and ensure accurate HR system updates.
• Handle benefits, leave administration and work pass applications/renewals in Singapore.
• Respond to employee and manager enquiries and resolve HR operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations, internal policies and operational controls.
