HT 2 PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive HR/Operations coordinator in Singapore to support the end-to-end hiring process, onboarding, and employee records management.

The role involves preparing letters and contracts, workforce planning, and acting as the main contact for employee issues. You will also help implement HR strategies to attract, develop, and retain talent, drive engagement, and assist in daily administrative tasks to keep office operations smooth.

Formación

• Experience in HR administration or similar role.
• Familiar with HR databases and recordkeeping.
• Willingness to learn and positive attitude.
• Experience in beauty services.

Responsabilidades

• Support end-to-end hiring process including posting vacancies and arranging interviews.
• Assist onboarding and maintain employee records and HR database.
• Prepare employment letters and contracts.
• Support workforce planning and manpower budgeting.
• Serve as main contact for employee employment issues.
• Support HR strategies to attract and retain talent.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives to strengthen workplace culture and performance.
• Manage employee relations and performance management.
• Conduct job analysis and forecasting to determine future staffing needs.
• Organize meetings and assist planning company events.
• Oversee daily admin tasks to maintain efficient office operations.
• Monitor office inventory, equipment, maintenance contracts and track company assets.
