Job summary

PEOPLE PROFILERS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to manage day-to-day HR operations, payroll and employee lifecycle activities in Singapore. This is a hands-on generalist role covering onboarding, employee administration, payroll and Employment Pass matters.

You will maintain accurate records, handle monthly payroll, manage EP/work pass applications, renewals and cancellations, and support HR projects while ensuring compliance with Singapore employment regulations.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of HR generalist/operations experience in Singapore.
• Hands-on payroll experience and Employment Pass administration in Singapore.
• Good knowledge of Singapore employment practices, CPF and statutory requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and maintain accurate employee records.
• Handle monthly payroll, including salary, allowances, deductions, CPF and payroll-related matters.
• Manage Employment Pass and work pass applications, renewals and cancellations through MOM.
• Oversee end-to-end onboarding and offboarding, including contracts and HR documents.
• Administer leave, benefits, employee records and other HR-related matters.
• Provide support on employee relations, HR policies and inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations and statutory requirements.
• Prepare HR letters, reports and HR documentation.
• Support annual statutory requirements such as IR8A and related submissions.
• Assist with HR projects and process improvements as required.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS/payroll systems is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
