Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR or related field.
• 1–2 years of HR operations experience.
• Proficient in MS Office; SAP SuccessFactors a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end work pass administration, including applications, renewals, cancellations and extensions.
• Ensure data accuracy and timely HR processing across systems.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve inquiries and escalate when needed.
• Maintain documentation and generate routine HR reports.
• Support process improvements and automation initiatives in HR.
