Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a contract-based HR professional to manage onboarding, performance cycles and benefits administration. You will coordinate with Talent Acquisition and leaders to ensure timely onboarding actions, maintain employee records, and supportSingapore compliance and HR operations.

The role covers onboarding, performance reviews, HR data governance and staff communications, with attention to accuracy and local requirements.

Qualifications

• Min Degree in HR/Business with 5+ years of generalist HR experience.
• Experience supporting Singapore HR processes and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding activities and new hire experience.
• Partner with TA, hiring managers, and stakeholders to complete onboarding actions on time.
• Prepare onboarding documentation, communications and new hire checklists.
• Support new hire orientation, first-day arrangements and local induction.
• Maintain employee lifecycle records and related documentation.
• Coordinate employment contracts, letters and employee documentation.
• Coordinate probation-related administration.
• Coordinate Singapore performance management cycle activities.
• Monitor completion of performance reviews and follow-ups.
• Support leaders with process guidance and system navigation.
• Coordinate merit, bonus, promotions communications and related documentation.
• Maintain HR data in HR systems and support audits.
• Support Singapore compliance activities and policy implementation.
• Serve as HR contact for routine inquiries.
• Coordinate training programs and employee development initiatives.
• Assist with company events with HR and Social Club.
• Prepare letters for Business Visa applications.

Education

Degree in Human Resources/Business or related field
