Aufgaben

• Handle HR administrative transactions, including new hires, terminations, transfers, salary adjustments and employee records via PeopleSoft.
• Manage work pass applications, renewals, cancellations and overseas deployment matters.
• Support recruitment activities, including interview scheduling, background checks, internship administration and candidate database management.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, offboarding and HR documentation.
• Administer employee benefits, medical and insurance claims, leave and attendance systems.
• Support training administration, course registrations and training records.
• Maintain accurate HR databases and ensure compliance with employment regulations.
• Prepare HR reports, manpower surveys and workforce data analysis.
• Liaise with vendors on company transport and other HR-related matters.
• Handle employee enquiries, visitor registration and general HR administrative duties.
