Job summary

LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics in Singapore is seeking an HR Executive to support mobility, onboarding, HRIS data management, employee engagement and general HR activities. The role involves coordinating transfers, visa processes, housing, schooling arrangements and travel for assignees.

You will prepare letters, create new-hire accounts, manage benefits enrolment, maintain HR records and assist with onboarding materials and training. Proactive communication with HRBPs and vendors is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR/BA or related discipline.
• Internship or working experience in HR operations is a plus.
• Good understanding of HR processes, documentation and work passes.
• Meticulous with strong ownership and accountability.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with HR systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage mobility, onboarding, HRIS data, engagement and general HR support.
• Coordinate employee transfers, including visas, housing, schooling and travel.
• Prepare letters for new hires and create accounts for travel portals.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity across platforms.
• Plan onboarding activities and update training materials and handbooks.
• Support work pass applications, renewals and cancellations, and liaise with vendors.
