LOCA SUPPLY PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore seeks an HR Coordinator to support recruitment, onboarding, and daily HR operations. You will manage confidential personnel records, coordinate payroll-related tasks such as CPF and FWL, and serve as the main point of contact for employees on onboarding and HR inquiries.

• Minimum 1 year of HR experience.
• Independent and able to multi-task.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate recruitment, interviews, and candidate liaison.
• Coordinate onboarding, docs, orientation, IDs, admin support.
• Maintain confidential HR records and HRIS data.
• Be the primary contact for employees on onboarding and inquiries.
• Organize employee engagement activities and internal communications.
• Handle employment permits and work passes renewal/cancellation.
• Oversee end-to-end HR operations including payroll coordination.
• Prepare HR-related letters (appointment, promotion, resignation, etc.).
• Ensure statutory payments (CPF contributions, FWL).
• Prepare government claims (childcare leave, maternity leave).
• Perform other HR/admin duties as assigned.
