• Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Prior internship or working experience in HR operations, mobility or onboarding is a plus.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, employee documentation and work pass matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee mobility: transfers, immigration and work permit processes, housing, schooling and travel.
• Coordinate onboarding: letters, accounts, benefits enrolment and orientations.
• Handle HRIS data: data entry, updates, payroll-related records and reporting.
• Develop and implement employee engagement activities and surveys.
• Provide general HR support and keep updated on HR policies and best practices.
