Luxasia seeks an energetic HR professional to lead Talent Acquisition, HR advisory, and HR operations across Retail and Office teams in Singapore. You will drive end-to-end recruitment, manage employee lifecycle activities, and ensure policy compliance while partnering with business leaders for growth and engagement.

You will own HRIS data accuracy, reporting, and support immigration processes, onboarding, and funding claims, delivering a smooth employee experience in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related, with 2+ years HR experience.
• Experience handling end-to-end recruitment for high-volume roles.
• Operationally strong with data accuracy in HR admin and funding processes.
• Experience handling employee relations with maturity and professionalism.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across Retail and Office teams.

Responsabilités

• Drive retail hiring as a key partner to build frontline teams.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for office and local functions.
• Be the bridge between employees and managers; ensure policy alignment.
• Respond to inquiries with guidance in line with local HR laws.
• Own HRIS data accuracy and collaborate to enhance system UX.
• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation.
• Support immigration processes and government funding claims.
• Plan and run employee engagement activities and events.
