Job summary

Inside LVMH in Singapore seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR across South-East Asia and Australia. You will drive talent acquisition, retention, performance management and compensation & benefits administration, ensuring a positive employee experience while aligning with local regulations.

You will also develop organizational development initiatives, manage HR reporting, and support employee relations and engagement in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM or related field preferred.
• Minimum 10 years relevant HR experience in SEA & Australia.
• Hands-on HR experience in recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management and employee engagement.
• Solid experience in SEA & Australia markets, luxury retail or retail industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of local labor regulations and compliance.
• Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR for South-East Asia and Australia markets.
• Drive talent acquisition and retention strategies across markets.
• Oversee compensation, benefits and payroll support.
• Develop organizational development and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies.
• Prepare HR reports such as headcount, turnover and cost analyses.
