Responsibilities

• Partner with management to execute HR strategies for talent needs, recruitment, retention, and succession planning.
• Develop and implement HR policies across the organization.
• Handle full cycle recruitment process.
• Create and implement training and development plans.
• Plan and coordinate performance reviews.
• Analyze compensation and benefits trends; propose competitive pay programs.
• Administer health, life insurance, and other employee benefit programs.
• Oversee employee relations including disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations; maintain accurate employee records, organizational charts, job descriptions, and compensation data.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, WSH guidelines, and HR best practices while staying updated on industry trends.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
