Job summary

SENSETAC PTE. LTD. is seeking an HR Specialist to manage HR operations, policies, benefits, and records in Singapore. You will ensure compliance with local regulations, guide HR matters, and foster a positive workplace environment.

Responsibilities include partnering with management on talent strategies, leading recruitment, and implementing training, performance reviews, and pay programs. Experience in manufacturing HR is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing HR operations.
• Knowledge of labor laws and payroll processes.
• Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting.
• Hands-on HRMS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with management to execute HR strategies for talent needs.
• Develop and implement HR policies across the organization.
• Lead recruitment process, including interviewing and hiring.
• Create and implement training and development plans.
• Plan and coordinate performance reviews.
• Analyze compensation and benefits trends; propose pay programs.
• Administer health, life insurance, and other benefits.
• Oversee employee relations, terminations, and investigations.
• Maintain employee records, org charts, job descriptions, and compensation data.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
