Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is hiring for an HR Operations role in Singapore. The successful candidate will support end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and offboarding, while coordinating postings, screenings, and interview logistics.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in HR or related field with at least 1 year of HR experience. Familiarity with Singapore HR practices and MS Office is essential, and manufacturing exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in HR or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of HR experience.
• Experience in recruitment, payroll and general HR administration.
• Manufacturing industry experience will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with Singapore employment legislation and HR practices.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding and payroll administration.
• Coordinate job postings, resume screening, interview arrangements and preparation of employment documents.
• Manage new hire documentation, orientation programmes and work pass applications/renewals where applicable.
• Prepare payroll inputs and verify payroll details with outsourced payroll vendors.
• Administer employee training records, training grants and liaise with external training providers.
• Support employee engagement activities, staff events and quarterly meetings.
• Maintain HRIS systems, leave records, time attendance, claims and personnel files.
• Assist with benefits administration, HR invoices and general HR administrative duties.
• Coordinate with vendors providing employee services and perform other ad hoc HR duties as assigned.

Education

Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline
