Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR Operations Associate to manage day-to-day HR activities and support the full employee lifecycle.

You will handle employee records, payroll inputs, onboarding and offboarding, training administration and vendor liaison in a manufacturing environment.

This role offers exposure to HR systems, benefits, attendance and ad-hoc HR projects, with opportunities to contribute to staff engagement.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR, business administration or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of HR experience, preferably in generalist/operations role.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations including employee records and file management.
• Support full recruitment and lifecycle: postings, resume screening, interview coordination, onboarding and offboarding.
• Coordinate learning and development activities, training administration and employee engagement initiatives.
• Assist with payroll inputs and payroll verification.
• Administer HR systems, benefits, leave records, attendance tracking and other HR processes.
• Coordinate new hire orientations, work pass applications and renewals.
• Liaise with external vendors and service providers on HR services and administrative matters.
• Support staff activities, meetings, HR projects and ad-hoc duties.
