Job summary

CHINA COMMUNICATIONS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LIMITED (SINGAPORE BRANCH) is seeking an HR professional to support recruitment, onboarding, HR records management, and payroll processes for staff in Tuas area. The role involves serving as the main HR contact, handling confidential information, and coordinating engagement activities.

Responsibilities include overseeing permits, onboarding, and documentation, as well as preparing HR letters and supporting monthly payroll and statutory payments.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HRM or equivalent.
• 1 year or more HR experience preferred.
• Independent, responsible and able to multitask.
• Team player with strong work ethics.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities and interviews.
• Coordinate onboarding and issuance of employee IDs.
• Maintain confidential HR records and HRIS.
• Serve as main point of contact for HR matters.
• Assist in employee engagement and internal communications.
• Manage work passes and permits applications.
• Handle payroll administration and statutory payments.
• Prepare HR letters (appointments, promotions, transfers, resignations).
• Perform other HR and admin duties as assigned.
