MTC Consulting Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an entry-level HR professional to support daily HR operations and maintain employee records. The role involves handling onboarding, confirmations, contract renewals, and offboarding processes.

You will manage Work Pass applications, renewals, cancellations and liaise with MOM, while coordinating medical checks, insurance and training programmes. This is an immediate, on-site position in the Jurong area.

Qualifications

• Support day-to-day HR operations and maintain employee records.
• Prepare HR documentation for onboarding, confirmation, contract renewal, and offboarding.
• Min 0-2 years of relevant experience.
