Job summary

IPOS International in Singapore is seeking a proactive HR professional to join the Human Capital Department. You will support Learning & Development, HR systems, HR operations and the employee lifecycle, including Workday data upkeep and SOP maintenance.

The role requires 1–3 years of HR experience, meticulous attention to detail, and strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Familiarity with Workday in the public sector is a plus.

Qualifications

• Relevant background in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Preferably 1-3 years of relevant HR experience.
• Meticulous with strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across various levels.
• Resourceful and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Prior experience in the public sector and/or familiarity with Workday would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support Learning & Development initiatives and course administration.
• Maintain accurate employee data in Workday and support data integrity.
• Assist Workday enhancements and change requests analysis and testing.
• Provide HR operations and lifecycle support including onboarding and data updates.
• Review Government SOPs and ensure HR policies stay current.
• Identify improvements to HR processes to boost efficiency and the employee experience.
• Maintain HR documentation and knowledge management records.
• Support projects with coordination, data analysis and reporting.
