Job summary

IPOS is seeking an organised Human Capital professional to support Learning & Development, HR systems, and employee lifecycle processes. You will manage Workday data, assist with enhancements and ensure SOPs stay current. The role requires meticulous attention to detail and strong collaboration across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Relevant background in HRM, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–3 years of HR experience preferred.
• Meticulous with strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to collaborate across levels.
• Resourceful and adaptable, capable of handling multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support Learning & Development initiatives, training administration and sponsorship matters.
• Maintain accurate employee data in Workday and conduct data integrity checks.
• Assist with Workday enhancements, feasibility and change request follow-through.
• Provide operational HR support for onboarding, data updates and lifecycle matters.
• Review Government manuals and update HR SOPs to stay current.
• Evaluate HR processes for efficiency improvements and better employee experience.
• Maintain HR documentation and knowledge management records.
• Support department and organisation-wide projects with coordination and analysis.
