You will coordinate onboarding, contracts, offboarding, and learning administration while ensuring compliance with local regulations and delivering excellent stakeholder support.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s in HR, business admin, or related field.
• Min 3 years of HR operations experience covering full spectrum.
• Good interpersonal and consulting skills with multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of local employment rules and regulations.
• Data-driven mindset to improve service delivery.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding and employment administration activities.
• Coordinate probation, contracts, and offboarding processes.
• Maintain HR data accuracy across HR systems and dashboards.
• Produce timely HR reports and analytics for decision-making.
• Support audits and HRIS enhancement projects.
• Serve as a first point of contact for employee queries on policies and benefits.
• Assist in benefits enrollment/disenrollment and vendor coordination.
• Support learning administration and LOA processes.
