Job summary

MEXC Group in Singapore is seeking a senior HR leader to oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliant, employee-focused HR services throughout the lifecycle. The role requires strong knowledge of HR operations, employment regulations, HR projects, and process optimization.

You will lead HR operations, data management and reporting, drive policy improvements, and spearhead automation and digital transformation.

Qualifications

7+ years of progressive HR experience, with 2–3 years in HR Operations or supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Clear logic and structured thinking, able to transform vague requirements into clear project plans.
Data-sensitive, able to drive project decisions and reporting.
Fluent Chinese to liaise with Chinese counterparts.

Responsibilities

HR Operations & Administration: lead daily activities across the employee lifecycle, onboarding, offboarding, transfers, promotions and data management.
HR Systems & Data Management: oversee data integrity, reporting and analytics; generate HR reports and dashboards.
Process Improvement: identify inefficiencies and drive improvements; lead HR automation and digital transformation projects.
Monitor HR operational KPIs and service levels; allocate workload and coach team members.
Lead and mentor the HR Operations team; monitor performance and provide coaching.
Collaborate across regions to support a globally used platform.
