Job summary

Wesmech Engineering PTE LTD invites a hands-on Human Resource Executive to lead HR operations, including work-pass administration, payroll, and worker accommodation, across multiple dormitories for a 300+ workforce.

The role requires 2 years of HR experience, familiarity with Infotech HR software, and MOM regulatory knowledge. Diploma or degree in a related field preferred; immediate start available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on HR experience across HR operations.
• Experience supporting 300+ workers in construction or related industry.
• Familiarity with Infotech HR software and MOM procedures.
• Ability to commence work within one month.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle work-pass administration (Work Permit, S Pass, Employment Pass) including applications, renewals, cancellations, appeals, transfers, and repatriation.
• Administer foreign-worker levies, quota/Dependency Ratio Ceiling, security bonds, WICA and medical insurance, and CSOC/Coretrade registrations for regulatory compliance.
• Process monthly payroll, CPF, IR8A/IR21, overtime, allowances, and statutory contributions using the HR system.
• Oversee worker dormitory and accommodation matters across multiple operators, including check-in/out and arrival arrangements.
• Maintain accurate employee records, leave, attendance, and time-clocking data in Infotech.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding and prepare HR letters/reports.
• Ensure compliance with Employment Act, MOM regulations, and related statutes; support MOM audits.
• Liaise with government agencies (MOM, CPF, IRAS) for regulatory interactions.
