Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a hands-on HR professional to own the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, training, and administration.

You will partner with management to support all employee and HR-related matters and independently handle work passes and MOM processes. The role includes monthly payroll, government submissions, onboarding, record-keeping, performance cycles, training coordination, and employee engagement activities.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the company's full spectrum HR operations, covering recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee benefits, training and development, and HR administration.
• Partner with management to provide hands-on support across all employee and HR-related matters.
• Independently manage end-to-end work pass and MOM matters, including applications, renewals, cancellations, appeals, expiry monitoring, medical check-ups, employee particulars updates and visa applications.
• Manage monthly payroll preparation and administration, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Handle statutory and government-related submissions, including Form IR21, NS Make-Up Claims and government-paid leave claims.
• Prepare and coordinate HR-related surveys and submissions required by government agencies and statutory boards.
• Manage employee benefits and HR administration, including leave, medical, dental and insurance matters.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience and proper orientation for new employees.
• Maintain accurate, confidential and well-organised employee records and HR documentation.
• Coordinate performance appraisal exercises and support employee development initiatives.
• Source and recommend suitable training and upgrading programmes based on business and employee needs.
• Support employee engagement and welfare activities, including social and recreational programmes.
• Provide confidential HR and general administrative support, including occasional reception coverage.
• Assist with other HR & Admin projects and ad-hoc duties as required by management.
