Job summary

Theexecutivecircle asia pacific pte. ltd. is seeking an Assistant HR Manager (HR Operations) in Singapore to lead a team of HR professionals and provide comprehensive HR generalist support spanning talent sourcing, onboarding, performance management, and exit processes.

You will partner with business stakeholders to implement HR strategies and programs, and coordinate employee engagement surveys to drive a better work environment and higher team performance.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications with a HR generalist operations background.
• 8–10 years of HR Operations/Generalist experience in an MNC.
• 2–3 years of experience in leading and managing a team.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Discretion and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR generalist support across talent sourcing, onboarding, performance management, and exit processes.
• Oversee a team of HR professionals to deliver HR services.
• Partner with stakeholders to implement HR strategies and programs.
• Coordinate employee engagement surveys to improve work environment.
• Support HR ad hoc projects.
