Job summary

FAM SEARCH LLP in Singapore seeks a Senior HR Executive to support full-spectrum HR operations, with a strong focus on performance management and employee relations. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will support onboarding, payroll, and HR reporting while ensuring accurate records and regulatory compliance.

You will coordinate KPI setting and performance reviews, work with department heads to align objectives, and help implement incentive programmes to boost productivity and retention.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in HR, Business or related field.
• Hands-on HR generalist experience is required (4+ years).
• Experience with KPI and performance management is essential.
• Payroll processing and Singapore statutory requirements (CPF, IRAS, MOM) knowledge.
• Familiar with HRIS and payroll systems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-spectrum HR operations across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit.
• Coordinate performance management, including KPI setting, performance reviews and appraisal processes.
• Align employee objectives with department and organisational goals.
• Monitor KPI achievement and identify gaps for improvement.
• Support performance and incentive programmes to drive productivity and retention.
• Process monthly payroll and CPF/IRAS submissions.
• Administer compensation, benefits, leave, claims and employee insurance matters.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Advise on HR policies and procedures; handle employee relations matters.
• Maintain HR records and HRIS data; prepare HR reports.
• Ensure compliance with the Employment Act and MOM regulations.
