Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree qualification.
• 1–2 years of relevant HR administration or HR operations experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, especially Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and data validation.
• Experience with HR systems such as SuccessFactors and HR data reporting is a plus.
• Meticulous, organized and comfortable handling HR data and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end performance management cycle, including appraisal administration and data reporting.
• Assist with recruitment, employer branding, and liaison with educational institutions.
• Coordinate interviews and manage schedules and logistics.
• Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new employees, including documents.
• Maintain HR records and documentation accurately and provide system administration support.
• Assist with other HR operational and administrative duties as required.
