Job summary

SMRT Corporation Ltd is seeking an HR Senior/Executive, People Experience on a 1-year contract to deliver end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle in Singapore. You will manage onboarding, Day 1 briefings, Work Permit/Pass administration and employee records with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

You will engage with stakeholders, support process improvements, and ensure timely completion of HR tasks while maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Preferably at least 2 years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services or HR Administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end HR operational support across the employee lifecycle.
• Manage onboarding and Day 1 activities; coordinate new hires with HR processes and policies.
• Administer Work Permit/Pass applications, renewals, transfers, and cancellations; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain employee documentation and HR data; ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
• Handle employee lifecycle transactions: transfers, contract changes and offboarding.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve HR-related issues quickly.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements.
