Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource or other related courses.

Responsibilities

• Support the HR Manager in managing daily HR operations.
• Handle manpower coordination, onboarding, offboarding, payroll, leave, and attendance.
• Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
• Ensure timely CPF, tax, leave, and government submissions.
• Coordinate training programmes and maintain employee records.
• Advise employees on HR policies and employment matters.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations.
• Prepare HR reports and support HR initiatives.

Education
