Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Senior HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle in Singapore. The role covers onboarding, work pass administration, HR systems and records, with a focus on process improvements and accurate delivery of HR services.

You will coordinate pre-onboarding, conduct onboarding briefings, and manage Employment Pass administration while ensuring compliance with policies and statutory requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in HR Operations or related HR functions.
• Experience with onboarding and employee lifecycle management.
• Hands-on Work Permit/Employment Pass administration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage pre-onboarding and Day 1 onboarding activities with stakeholders to ensure a smooth experience.
• Conduct onboarding briefings and guide new hires on HR processes and policies.
• Handle Work Permit / Employment Pass applications, renewals, transfers and cancellations end-to-end.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR data.
• Oversee employee lifecycle transactions including transfers, extensions, changes and offboarding.
• Address employee inquiries and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve HR issues.
