Job summary

OCBC invites talented students to join as an Operational and Service Excellence Intern in Singapore. You will assist HR operations, data analysis, and process improvements to deliver efficient services across the employee lifecycle.

You’ll engage with HR professionals and business partners while developing skills in reporting, analytics, and stakeholder management. Work in a supportive team, gain exposure to digital and AI-enabled solutions, and contribute to initiatives that enhance employee

Responsibilities

• Employee Administration: support employee administration processes and ensure timely, accurate HR services.
• Records Management & Data Verification: assist with employee records maintenance and data verification.
• Reporting & Service Metrics: help prepare operational reports and dashboards.
• Employee Communications: assist with FAQs and inquiries to promote positive experience.
• Process Improvement: participate in reviews to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
• Employee Experience Projects: support initiatives to improve employee experience.
• Digital & AI Enablement: explore AI-enabled tools to improve processes and outcomes.
• Ad-hoc Tasks: assist on other HR operations projects as required.
