Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide HR operational support across the employee lifecycle.
• Support enhancements to the Performance Management module, including UAT and defect tracking.
• Manage onboarding administration, including screenings and issuing offers.
• Initiate post-employment screenings and highlight discrepancies.
• Coordinate employee movements including transfers and cessations.
• Ensure employee documents are filed accurately and on time.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners to deliver HR services.
• Support HR projects and other duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide HR operational support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring activities are completed accurately and in accordance with company policies and local regulations.
• Support enhancements to the Performance Management module in the HR system, including executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), tracking and closing UAT defects, updating user guides and preparing go-live communication materials
• Manage onboarding administration, including employee screenings, preparation and issuance of offer letters and employee declarations.
• Initiate post-employment screenings and highlight discrepancies identified in screening reports to the relevant HR Business Partners.
• Coordinate employee movement activities including transfers, secondments, employment conversions, re-employment and cessation of employment.
• Ensure employee documents are filed and stored accurately and within required timelines.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other HR teams to ensure smooth delivery of HR services.
• Support HR projects and other duties as assigned.
