Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking an HR Support Associate to provide operational support for HR inquiries and serve as a primary contact for employees across the organisation.

You will assist with day-to-day HR administrative functions within the HR Support Centre and support other HR teams as needed, handling HR data in Excel and HR systems with precision and maintaining proper records in line with HR policies.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Min 1 year of relevant HR work experience.
• Strong data handling and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for HR inquiries as a main contact for employees.
• Support day-to-day administrative functions for the HR Support Centre.
• Deliver operational HR support across HR group shared services when deployed to other teams.
• Handle data with Microsoft Excel and HR systems with accuracy.
• Maintain HR policy-based documentation and records.
