Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking an HR operations support professional to assist in day-to-day HR activities, including appraisal processes, headcount management, leave and benefits administration. The role also covers HR system implementation support and data migration efforts.

You will coordinate meetings, track actions, and help with documentation and ad-hoc HR projects to drive process improvements and ensure smooth go-lives and hypercare support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and SharePoint.
• Nice-to-have AI and Power Automate skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to HR team in day-to-day activities.
• Support HR System project implementation, data prep, cleansing, validation and migration.
• Maintain project docs, test scripts, issue logs and user guides, and assist in UAT.
• Coordinate meetings, track progress, and ensure proper filing of project materials.
