Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of HR experience with exposure to employee relations and HR operations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple HR matters.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site HR activities with a focus on employee relations and recruitment.
• Implement and administer HR policies and initiatives consistently.
• Provide HR guidance and coaching to managers and supervisors.
• Handle employee relations matters including concerns, grievances, investigations, and documentation.
• Develop initiatives to promote positive employee engagement and healthy workplace.
• Review HR practices to improve employee relations and HR service delivery.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to implement integrated HR solutions supporting business goals.
• Support workforce planning and contribute to HR strategy development.
• Maintain accurate employee records according to company policies.
• Participate in HR projects and strategic initiatives.
