Job summary

SEA Singapore is seeking a proactive HR coordinator to support onboarding, policy adherence, and people operations across the finance division. You will help maintain data integrity on HR platforms, draft knowledge content, and standardize processes while partnering with HRBPs to enhance the employee experience.

You will contribute to engaging events and communications, ensuring timely rollouts of policies and updates within a dynamic, matrixed environment in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin or related field.
• At least 1 year of HR experience.
• Able to work independently with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong coordination and project management skills.
• Proactive with service mindset and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding and induction, including first day and orientation.
• Ensure HR policy adherence and local labour requirements.
• Maintain data integrity across HR platforms with audits.
• Roll out policy updates via training and content updates.
• Develop SOPs, templates, and standard work.
• Support employee engagement events and programs.
• Collaborate with HRBPs and stakeholders to improve employee experience.
