Job summary

RecruitPedia Pte Ltd is seeking a capable HR Operations professional to lead SEA HR functions from Singapore. You will manage recruitment, onboarding, probation, performance management, and the full employee lifecycle across SEA, ensuring local labour-law compliance.

You will also handle payroll, benefits, employee relations, and internal controls, while supporting administration including governance documentation and marketing/event support as needed. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 3–5 years HR experience in Semiconductor/Engineering, SEA focus.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR practices.
• Proven ability to manage multiple countries and priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• HR certification (IHRP/SHRM or equivalent) advantageous.
• Willingness to travel periodically.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations across SEA, including recruitment, onboarding, probation, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws, regulations, and company policies across SEA.
• Strengthen HR controls, policies, and standard operating procedures.
• Process payroll, overtime, expenses, and track annual and sick leave.
• Support benefits administration and invoice approvals.
• Serve as HR contact for employee relations and issue resolution.
• Organise staff bonding and team-building activities.
• Assist management with organisational development and workforce planning.
• Maintain accurate, confidential HR records.
• Assist with customer sales contracts and related documentation.
• Follow up on ESG, RBA, and NDAs in governance.
• Support marketing activities, trade shows and events.
• Coordinate with management to ensure smooth sales administration.
