Job summary

Sea is seeking an HR Operations Assistant to join the HQ Finance HR function in Singapore. You will support onboarding, induction, and employee engagements, ensuring policies and processes are followed and data integrity is maintained.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, help roll out policy updates, and contribute to engaging employee experiences through events and streamlined administration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 1+ years of HR work experience.
• Ability to work independently with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure onboarding and induction execution, coordinating with corporate teams, greeting new hires, office tours and orientations.
• Ensure adherence to HR policies, local labour requirements, and documentation standards.
• Own HR data integrity across people management platforms and ticketing tools; perform audits and quality checks.
• Support policy/process rollouts via communications, training, and updates to knowledge platforms.
• Establish and maintain SOPs, knowledge articles, templates, and standard work for consistent delivery.
• Contribute creative solutions as the department designs a strategic blueprint for engaging employees.
• Identify pain points and implement process improvements through standardization, automation and self-service.
• Partner with HRBPs and stakeholders to deliver improvements and positive employee experiences.
• Support brainstorming and execution of internal engagement events (town halls, dept activities, etc.).
• Assist in other engagement projects and tasks across HR verticals.
