Job summary

HR FACTORS PERSONNEL PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable HR Operations professional to support organizational and position management, updating org structures, reporting lines, and large data transactions in Workday and ServiceNow.

You will update structures, manage position changes, and execute high-volume changes while ensuring data integrity and timely stakeholder communication. This 1-year contract is hybrid, centered in a central location, with a completion bonus and a 5-day work week.

Qualifications

• Degree with minimum 1 year or diploma with 5 years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS, or similar roles managing complex, high-volume transactions and processes
• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain stakeholder relationships

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain organizational structures to reflect current business needs
• Manage position changes and reporting line adjustments accurately within HR systems
• Execute high-volume mass data transactions in Workday and ServiceNow to ensure data integrity
• Navigate complex HR processes to resolve issues and support operational efficiency
• Engage effectively with stakeholders to communicate changes and gather necessary information
• Apply problem-solving skills to address challenges in HR operations and data management
