SIVANTOS PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled HRIS/Workday specialist to strengthen our HR service delivery across our global operations.

You will support Workday configuration, data governance, reporting, and governance processes, partnering with HR, IT, and stakeholders to ensure data quality and service excellence. The role emphasizes continuous improvement, automation, and high-quality documentation to support auditable HR master data and governance across the organization.

Formación

Understanding of HR processes and HRIS configuration
Experience with reporting, security concepts, and HR Service Management capabilities
Strong data literacy and governance principles

Responsabilidades

Support daily operation, availability, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and integration maintenance of Workday and HR Service Delivery solutions
Provide first and second line HRIS support and escalate incidents with vendors as required
Assist with Workday configuration, testing, release management, and maintenance of service management elements
Maintain HRIS workbooks, design documents, configuration catalogues, and audit-ready documentation
Support data quality, reporting, dashboards, and governance of HR master data across Workday
Own and support HRIS governance, reporting compliance, access controls, and audit readiness
