HR FACTORS PERSONNEL PTE. LTD. is seeking an HR Operations professional to support organizational and position management, updating organization structures, reporting lines, and executing mass data transactions in Workday and ServiceNow.

The role emphasizes ensuring data integrity across HR systems, coordinating with stakeholders, and handling high-volume processes under a 1-year contract with a completion bonus in a hybrid setup at a central Singapore location.

Qualifications

• Degree with minimum 1 year or diploma with 5 years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS, or similar roles managing complex, high-volume transactions and processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain organizational structures to reflect current business needs.
• Manage position changes and reporting line adjustments accurately within HR systems.
• Execute high-volume mass data transactions in Workday and ServiceNow to ensure data integrity.
• Navigate complex HR processes to resolve issues and support operational efficiency.
• Engage effectively with stakeholders to communicate changes and gather necessary information.
• Apply problem-solving skills to address challenges in HR operations and data management.
