Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is recruiting for an HR assistant in Singapore, located at One Marina Boulevard. The role is focused on HR operations, recruitment support and onboarding, with standard hours of 8:30am–6:00pm from Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end performance management cycle, including appraisal administration, performance moderation logistics, data management and HR system support.
• Assist with recruitment and employer branding initiatives, including job postings, liaison with institutes of higher learning (IHLs) and career fair coordination.
• Coordinate interviews by arranging schedules between hiring managers and candidates.
• Support onboarding and orientation activities, including preparation of employment paperwork and onboarding materials.
• Organise staff engagement and recruitment activities and events.
• Maintain employee personnel files and HR records, ensuring proper documentation and filing.
• Provide HR data management, system administration and reporting support.
• Perform other HR operational and administrative duties as assigned.

Min Degree Holder: $22.00 per hour
