Job summary

CTCI SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an HR professional to support daily operations including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and HR administration. You will manage employee records, insurance matters, and respond to employee inquiries, ensuring compliant and smooth HR processes.

The role requires a diploma in HR or related field, 2–3 years of relevant experience, and familiarity with Singapore employment law and MOM work-pass procedures. Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in recruitment or HR administration.
  • Experience recruiting for engineering, construction, EPC, manufacturing or related industries.
  • Familiarity with Singapore employment legislation, MOM work pass processes and Fair Consideration Framework (FCF) requirements.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and HRIS.

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, application screening, interview coordination, reference checks and candidate communication.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding, including employment documentation, orientation and clearance procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, HRIS data, personnel files, attendance and leave records.
  • Administer employee insurance matters, including enrolment, updates, claims and liaison with insurance providers.
  • Respond to employee enquiries and assist with employee relations and performance management matters.
  • Prepare HR reports, letters and other employment-related documents.
  • Coordinate with management, employees, departments and external service providers on HR matters.
  • Assist with HR activities, employee engagement initiatives and other HR projects.
  • Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
