Job summary

Heraeus Materials Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an HR Operations support professional to assist analytics, recruitment coordination, training records, and HR projects aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.

You will analyze employee feedback, support onboarding, maintain training databases, and help with HR audits while collaborating with diverse stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in HRM or related field.
• Internship experience of at least 3 months.
• Power BI or HR analytics tools proficiency.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze employee feedback data to support HR decisions and improve workplace initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records for all employees to ensure compliance and development tracking.
• Coordinate onboarding processes and support HR audits to maintain organizational standards.
• Assist in preparing and organizing company events to foster employee engagement.
• Update and manage HR database records to maintain data integrity and accessibility.
