Job summary

ENGIE Energy Marketing Singapore is seeking a motivated Human Resource Intern to join our HR team in Singapore. You will support employee engagement, HR communications, recruitment coordination, learning and development, HR reporting, and AI-enabled process improvement projects, gaining hands-on exposure to HR business partnering.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present data clearly.
• Proactive, adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting or visual presentation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support employee engagement initiatives, including HR events and company communications.
• Assist in preparing HR dashboards, reports and presentations for management review.
• Contribute to HR digitalisation and AI-enabled process improvement initiatives.
• Support recruitment coordination, including candidate screening and interview scheduling.
• Support learning and development initiatives, including training coordination and vendor liaison.
• Assist with HR policy and documentation updates to ensure accuracy and organization.
• Support other HR projects as assigned.
