Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing Diploma or Bachelor's in related field.
• Strong interest in HR and eagerness to learn across functions.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable with data and spreadsheets; Excel/Sheets familiarity
• Available for full-time internship 4–6 months.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment: review job descriptions, postings, CV screening, interview coordination.
• Assist HRIS implementation: data cleansing, migration, and UAT.
• Review HR policies for relevance and compliance.
• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and events.
• Handle day-to-day HR operations and contribute to HR projects.
